Ozanam Villas - Aged Care Homes, Coffs Harbour

• Staged design and constructions of alterations, extensions and refurbishments to a 78 bed nursing home including construction of lifts within existing building.
• Staged construction matched to funding, extending over 5 years.
• Tight space constraints on the developed site needing overhead construction, cantilevered buildings, poor foundations.

St Josephs Aged Care Hostel, Coffs Harbour

• We provided consulting civil and structural engineering services to the original development, comprising a single storey 40 bed hostel.  In 1996 we provided similar services for the 16 bed dementia wing and associated dementia garden. 
• The development is currently acquiring adjacent land and planning the next stage development.

• Alterations and extensions of the Royal Freemasons aged accommodation development.
• Support facility building to the next 50 bed hostel development proposed for this site.
