Park Beach Plaza Shopping Centre, Coffs Harbour
- On going association with regional shopping centre, developed in numerous stages.
- Design of car park facilities for 1800 cars, and construction supervision.
- Continuing design and supervision of structure alterations and additions for minor works over eight years.
- 1996 redevelopment- design and construct tender for a $16 million extension and upgrade of the complete Centre.
- All structural design of reinforced concrete, structural steelwork including suspended slabs, major foundation design and extensive "Tilt-Up" panel design. Included construction of roof skylights framed above existing roof to ensure weather integrity of existing trading areas, with skylights fully fixed and clad prior to demolition of roof.
- All civil design including roadworks, stormwater and round-a-bout at Park Beach Road.
- 2001 redevelopment – design and construct tender for $8.5 million Big W extension.
- New 230 space carpark with stormwater drainage.

Big W Warehouse, Warwick, Queensland
- $22 million warehouse comprising major earthworks, post tensioned floor slabs, structural steel framed building, internal conveyors, paved areas.
- Engaged as structural design consultants for a technical audit of the proposed design, and as a specialist designer for major warehouses. In a three week period carried out a review of the proposed design and supervised some re-design which resulted in savings of $0.5 million to the structural cost of the building.

- Structural design of four (4) storey building.
