Design of various buildings - Blocks K, L, M, N, O, P and Rural Studies, as well as refurbishment and alterations to Blocks G, H, J and M in various stages of development. Total value of works $8.5m, including structural design of industrial workshops, three storey administration/lecture buildings, gymnasium, roadworks, car parking and major sail structures.

We provided consulting civil and structural engineering services to the original development, comprising a single storey 40 bed hostel. In 1996 we provided similar services for the 16 bed dementia wing and associated dementia garden. The development is currently acquiring adjacent land and planning the next stage development.
